SALT is looking for a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our culinary team and help lead our kitchen with creativity, efficiency, and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
Lead and supervise line cooks and prep staff
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen
Uphold health and safety standards at all times
Qualifications:
2+ years experience as a Sous Chef (or similar leadership role) in a full-service restaurant
Strong culinary skills with knowledge of current food trends
Ability to manage and motivate a team under pressure
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Passion for food, creativity, and hospitality
