Ensures an outstanding experience for customers through providing fresh, made-from-scratch, high quality products and consistently demonstrating exceptional customer service. Responsible for maintaining smooth functioning deli service and production operations. Supports overall prepared foods operations including but not limited to; ensuring department standards and food safety procedures followed, maintaining abundant displays in all self-serve and full-service service cases and displays, maintaining clean and orderly facilities, stocking/facing product, assisting customers in prepared foods and employee safety.
