Hello there, we are Obento, a small Japanese food restaurant in Arcata. We currently operate out of The Depot on the Cal Poly Humboldt campus, and are opening a new storefront in Northtown Arcata in September! We are a small business that appreciates a calm and clean work environment. We are looking to staff our new spot, as well as fill a few potions on campus. Dish
Hours: 10:30-4
Days: sun-fri
Duties: Washing dishes in a 3 comp, with sanitizer. Looking for someone fast paced
Sushi B
Hours 4:30-8:30
Days: sun-fri
Duties: This position will be more focused on keeping up with orders placed during service, some prep. Experience preferred
Cook D
Hours: 5-9
Days: sun- fri
Duties: This position will be primarily assembling meals, plating and presentation. You will be expediting and keeping track of orders.

Hours: 9:30-3:00pm
Days: mon-fri
Duties: This position will be working on the line, making bowls to order. You will be working on a deep fryer, as well as assembling bowls. Must be able to work well with others in a narrow environment.
