The City Manager's Office is accepting applications for an Administrative Aide to assist with clerical and administrative support duties for this busy, customer service–oriented office. Ideal position for someone looking for long-term part-time employment with a regular schedule.
Position Assignment: This position will be assigned to the City Clerk and is a long-term hourly position which will primarily focus on assisting the City in responding to Public Records Act requests. The job duties include reviewing, compiling, and redacting a large volume of records and providing them to the requestor, assisting in ensuring timely response to all requests and communications in writing, assists in justifying any nondisclosure and/or ensures redaction of any portions that are exempt form the mandate of the Public Records Act; and other related duties as assigned.
Hours: 20 hours per week; there is some flexibility in the days/hours worked.
