Facilities Coordinator II/III

The Facilities Coordinator II/III is a middle-management position responsible for work control functions and support related to the safe and efficient operation of facilities operated by the Harbor District, which include on-water and upland facilities, industrial and recreation facilities and emergency services activities. Daily tasks include performing technical and administrative duties in support of our tenants, facility maintenance, construction projects and other facility support activities.

Serve as the acting supervisor of the facilities team, responsible for scheduling and managing maintenance projects and programmatic requirements. Position oversees the procurement, installation, modification and repair of all facilities improvements. The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for oversight of emergency services including oil spill prevention and response, hazardous materials management, and vessel response services.

We are looking for someone with experience in facility operational management including leasing, proficiency in lease administration and collection practices, management or supervisory experience for a team of individuals and 5+ years of experience in facility permitting and municipal compliance.

This is a full-time benefited position. Range for the Facilities Coordinator II position is $66,645-$82,480 annually.
