Under general direction, this position organizes, oversees, coordinates and reviews the work of staff performing difficult and complex professional and technical support related to Engineering programs and activities. This position also manages grants, special projects and studies, provides program, budgetary and work flow support and acts as a liaison with community, public and regulatory agencies. Experience with facilities and parks projects is highly desired. Required education and experience includes a Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a closely related field and five (5) years of professional level experience including two (2) years of supervisory experience.
