Supervisor: Director of Academic Advising, Cal Poly Humboldt (federally funded grant position; non-stateside)
Overview: The Transfer Coordinator & Pathway Facilitator will play a crucial role in supporting students from local high schools and community colleges as they navigate their transfer to Cal Poly Humboldt or another four-year granting institution. This position is dedicated to ensuring seamless transitions for students in the Redwood Region, focusing on transfer needs, dual enrollment, concurrent enrollment, and Credit for Prior Learning (CPL). Additionally, the facilitator will collaborate with faculty advisors and the Academic Advising Center to guide students through course selection, articulation processes, and connection to campus resources. This position will work in collaboration with related personnel in admissions and records to enhance our services and support for incoming transfer students.
