Responsibilites Include:
Assisting the dentist during a variety of dental procedures. May occasionally help in hygiene rooms.
Adherence to OSHA and infection control protocols in execution of duties
Competently take digital X-rays
Excellence with impressions
Accurate documentation of dental care and visits utilizing Dentrix software
Understanding of how to acquire medical and dental histories
Instruct patients on oral hygiene and post-op care
Organized and thorough in planning work flow and duties
Infrequent non-clinical activities if indicated/required
Qualifications:
California RDA licensure current and in good standing
Current CPR/BLS
Current X-ray License
