Redwood Coast PACE, a program of all-inclusive care for the elderly under the Humboldt Senior Resource Center, is seeking a full-time LVN to join their program in Fortuna, California. The LVN performs duties that fall into the five general categories: (1) Participant Care, (2) Documentation, (3) Coordination, (4) Team Support, as well as (5) Advocacy and Education. Also performs other duties as assigned. The schedule for this position is Mondays through Fridays.

Education and Experience Requirements
Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
Must have successfully completed an LVN certification program
Must have at least one year of experience working with older adults and/or disabled population
Licenses or Certificates Requirements
Must be a current licensed LVN by the California Board of Vocational Nursing
Current CPR and First Aid certification within six months of hire
Valid CA driver's license and personal auto liability insurance
