Our practice emphasizes the importance of the oral-systemic link in ensuring quality patient care. We are currently seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our close-knit team in Arcata, California.
Position: Dental Hygienist
Compensation:
Assisted Hygiene Program: $95.00/hr, serving 14 patients a day
Traditional Schedule: $56.00/hr, serving 8 patients a day
Schedule:
Work Days: Monday to Thursday
Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Lunch Break: 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Dedicated hygienists
Stellar registered dental assistants
An awesome sterilization tech
A knowledgeable and professional business team
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional dental hygiene care with a gentle touch
Establish and maintain strong patient relationships through exceptional communication and care
Work collaboratively with the dental team to deliver high-quality patient care
Efficiently manage time and multitask in a busy practice
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Requirements:
Licensure: Valid Dental Hygienist license in California
Certifications: CPR certification (mandatory), Laser certification (preferred but not required)
Experience: Demonstrated clinical experience in dental hygiene
Skills: Exceptional patient commitment, team player, proficient multitasker, highly skilled provider
