We have a regular full-time position in Human Resources at our Eureka Harrison offices as either a Human Resources Generalist or Assistant, depending on experience. As part of our dynamic team, this individual will maintain the highest level of confidentiality and accuracy in preparing reports, maintaining records, and compiling various personnel documents. Coordinates recruitment and performance processes for our managers and is knowledgeable about Federal and State laws and regulations. As this position requires daily interaction with employees, excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding written and oral communication skills are required. Experience in human resource functions and at least three years of clerical experience also required.
