Ideal candidates have 4+ years of field experience, a strong safety record, and the ability to work at heights in varying weather conditions. You will collaborate with a crew to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standards.
Required Qualifications
-Proven experience with multiple roofing types and application methods.
-Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights (no fear of heights), and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions.
-Strong knowledge of job site safety, including OSHA guidelines.
-Basic math skills for measurements; familiarity with hand tools and power equipment.
