Job Description:
We’re looking for reliable farmhands to assist with the upcoming harvest season in Willow Creek and Shively, CA. Work includes cut and hang harvesting as well as fresh frozen processing, which involves handling and preparing product for freezing. Fresh frozen work is similar to manicuring but requires less precision and fine detail.
Responsibilities:
-Perform cut and hang harvesting efficiently and carefully
-Assist with fresh frozen harvest (basic trimming and handling)
-Follow all farm safety and cleanliness standards
-Work well as part of a team and follow directions
Qualifications:
-Previous harvest or farm experience preferred
-Able to work on your feet and lift up to 25 lbs
-Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
-Reliable transportation to Willow Creek or Shively
Schedule: 9 AM - 5:30 PM, typically Monday - Friday and weekends as needed.
Pay: $18/hour +
