Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair tasks
Conduct routine inspections to identify and address issues
Handle basic landscaping and yard maintenance
Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently
Assist with installation and setup of equipment or appliances
Ensure tools and equipment are in good working order
Qualifications:
Experience in general maintenance, repairs, or a similar role
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
Excellent communication and time management skills
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
