Oversee all aspects of an indoor cultivation operation.
Apply proven horticultural techniques to consistently achieve premium yields.
Monitor plant health, adjust environmental factors, and ensure production standards.
Operate independently while collaborating with ownership on improvements.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in controlled-environment horticulture (indoor strongly preferred).
Track record of successful cultivation and production.
Strong work ethic, discretion, and reliability.
Ability to relocate and commit to the role full-time.
