Friendly City Yard Care is a small company serving the Eel River Valley. We focus on landscape maintenance for residential and commercial properties. I am excepting resumes for a trainee with experience in the field. The right candidate will have experience in lawn care, shrub and hedge trimming, driving a truck with a trailer, landscape maintenance equipment, etc. I may hire a second person once you are trained for a lawn care focused team to work independently.
Attributes I am looking for are professional, outgoing, and friendly customer service, attention to detail, focus on quality and efficiency, good work ethic, punctuality, and working knowledge of equipment including a zero-turn mower.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to work hard, quickly, and efficiently. This job requires a certain level of athletic physical ability including walking up to 5+ miles a day using equipment, climbing ladders, lifting 80 lbs, etc. Must be able to drive, park, back up, and maneuver a truck with a trailer.
I am based in Rio Dell and serve mostly Fortuna with some properties in Rio Dell, Scotia, Ferndale, and Eureka.
