Title: Full-Time Farm Worker – $2,000/month + On-Site Housing (Marijuana Farm)
Description:
We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working person to join our small team on a licensed marijuana farm in Northern California. This is a full-time position with on-site housing included. Español preferred.
Job Duties:
Planting, watering, pruning, and harvesting cannabis plants
Assisting with trimming, packaging, and general farm maintenance
Operating basic tools and equipment safely
Maintaining cleanliness and organization around the property
Requirements:
Must be 21 or older
Able to perform physical labor outdoors
Reliable, responsible, and able to work as part of a team
Previous farm or garden experience preferred (not required)
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation:
$2,000 per month
On-site housing included
