The Humboldt Senior Resource Center (HSRC) is looking for two Maintenance Custodians to join the team! Under the supervision of the Building Maintenance and Operations Manager, the Building Maintenance Custodian II is responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, and safe conditions of buildings and surrounding grounds at which HSRC operates.
The ideal person has at least one year of experience with custodial tasks and has knowledge of proper cleaning techniques. Specific experience with maintaining floors (stripping, waxing, carpet cleaning) would be great! Must be friendly, respectful, patient, and a good team player.
Must have a valid California Driver’s License and personal auto liability insurance required. Must have a personal vehicle in good driving/operating condition, insured for State minimum liability requirements that can be used for the applicable job functions noted above.
