This position is for someone who likes to work outside. Basic responsibilities include:
- Lawn mowing
- Edging
- Trim Shrubs / bushes
- Weeding
- Using a leaf blower
- Using an electric trimmer
- Occasionally planting trees, shrubs, etc
- Maintaining the cleanliness of properties
- Other responsibilities as they come up
This position requires that you own your own truck, trailer, or vehicle w/an attached trailer that can haul equipment and green waste. Vehicle must be insured, and you cannot have DUIs on your record.
Must be able to start work by 9 a.m. This is a part-time position. Currently, there are only a few properties to manage.
Hourly rate is based upon whether you have your own equipment.
