Equipment Technician / Maintenance Manager
Fulltime Employment with Benefits
Position Duties and Responsibilities Breakout (but not limited to)
Perform routine, scheduled and preventative maintenance on all equipment and machine centers
Maintain Maintenance Schedules on all equipment
Work with contractual/outside electronic/plumbing/mechanical services to facilitate special-needs projects
Trouble shoot equipment issues to remain ahead of the curve
Experience and Skill-Sets Required
Electrical: three and four phase system
o Drive Motors, Conveyors and Pumps
o Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
o Relays
o Frequency Drives
o Some knowledge of Boilers
Plumbing
Air Compressors and Air Lines
Chiller/ Glycol Refrigerant
Pneumatic Valves
Some Metal Fabrication
Strong Mechanical Aptitude
Strong Problem Solving Abilities and Willingness to Learn and Grow
Self Starter with minimum supervision
Compensation, Benefits and Work Schedule
Hour position with starting wage of $30/hour commiserate to experience and skill-set
