As a Case Manager, you will be helping individuals and families access employment, training, and holistic support services that honor their identities and aspirations.

Your Responsibilities
Conduct culturally sensitive assessments and guide clients through job search and placement
Develop personalized plans that reflect each client’s goals and tribal context
Collaborate with employers to create opportunities that reflect the client’s goals
Coordinate regional program activities and analyze labor market trends
Maintain accurate records, submit reports, and represent NCIDC at tribal and community meetings
Support emergency services and relevant assistance programs
What You Bring
AA degree (or higher) in Business, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
2+ years of case management experience (or 4+ years without a degree)
Strong communication, cultural humility, and organizational skills
Familiarity with Native American communities, tribal governments, and public agencies
Comfortable with Word, Excel, and basic internet tools
