The Breast and GYN Health Project is looking for an experienced manager to lead the client services program daily operations. BGHP is a local grassroots cancer resource center which has served people facing breast and/or gynecologic cancer or cancer concerns for 29 years. BGHP provides education, resources and support, but does not provide medical care.
The Client Services Director (CSD) oversees all client services programs, fosters teamwork, and supervises staff and volunteers. The CSD reports to the Executive Director and works collaboratively with our Medical Consultant(s) to ensure high quality support and up-to-date resources. The CSD also works directly with clients who are facing breast and/or gynecologic cancer, including support group facilitation and patient navigation. The CSD may also conduct community health education by tabling or doing presentations. Occasional meetings outside the office, during evenings or on weekends will be required.
