The Breast and GYN Health Project is looking for an experienced individual to lead its fundraising program.
The Development Director will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing the Breast and GYN Health Project’s fundraising, marketing, and donor engagement activities to ensure long-term sustainability and community connection.
This position supports the mission of BGHP - to support and empower people affected by breast or gynecologic cancer - by leading efforts that strengthen philanthropy, cultivate donor and volunteer relationships, and promote community awareness of BGHP’s programs and services.
BGHP is a local grassroots cancer resource center which has served people facing breast and/or gynecologic cancer or cancer concerns for nearly 30 years. BGHP provides education, resources and support, but does not provide medical care.

This is a full-time benefited position. The Development Director reports to the Executive Director. Experience with cancer is helpful, but not required. Nonprofit management experience is required. Minimum education of a bachelor’s degree is preferred, because writing is required, full job description at www.bghp.org.
