Radiant Living is a Supported Living Service agency hiring compassionate people to provide 1-on-1 support to adults with developmental disabilities so they can live independently in their own homes and communities.
We’re currently filling shifts for:
- Active clients who love being out and about
- Clients with higher medical needs who spend more time at home
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Each person you support is unique — but your presence helps them live with more freedom, dignity, and joy.
Depending on their needs, you might:
- Assist with meds, hygiene, and health routines
- Drive to appointments, errands, or fun outings
- Cook, clean, do laundry, and help keep the home comfortable
- Support communication, behavior, and emotional well-being
- Encourage hobbies and goals: gardening, reading, budgeting, exercise, etc.
- Join in activities: crafts, video games, nature walks, dancing, or coffee shop hangs
- Keep notes and stay in touch with their support team
REQUIREMENTS
✅ Must live locally (no phone interviews or relocation wait)
✅ Pass DOJ fingerprint/background check
✅ Clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
✅ Reliable vehicle you can use on shift
✅ Strong communication skills
✅ Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (booster included)
