Programmatic Funding Analyst

Qualifications:

This position requires knowledge of potential revenue sources, such as Medi-Cal reimbursement, as well as grant acquisition. Additionally, the knowledge to facilitate the fiscal maintenance of grant funded projects in collaboration with the HCOE business office. Education: Bachelor’s Degree and/or five years of experience demonstrating the ability to perform the essential functions of the position. Experience: History of successful collaborative experience with service providing agencies, including child welfare, mental health, probation services and schools. Experience in training adult professionals from a variety of disciplines preferred. Experience in supporting the implementation of complex programs. Experience in supporting the fiscal component of mental health programs. Demonstrable ability to collaborate with stakeholders, public agencies and education systems. At this stage, unofficial transcripts are acceptable. If offered the position, official transcripts will be required for placement.

Position Summary:

Serves as a sustainable funding specialist as part of the Prevention and Intervention Services Department. Reports directly to, and is evaluated by, the Director of Prevention and Intervention. Works as a cross department, inter-agency analyst to pursue multi- funding sources to support school-based mental health and wellness. Performs duties requiring diligent exercise of fiscal and organizational resources and funding models.
