We are looking for a responsible, organized, and experienced Property Manager to join our team and help oversee our rental properties.
Responsibilities:
Tenant Screening & Placement
Rent Collection & Late Fee Enforcement (Collecting rents and making deposits)
Maintenance & Repairs Coordination ( Coordinating maintenance and repairs)
Property Inspections & Reports
Evictions & Legal Compliance
Monthly Financial Statements
Creating and renewing lease agreements
Communicating with tenants regarding rent, maintenance, and lease terms
Keeping accurate records of all transactions and property activity
Working with Section 8 housing programs and ensuring compliance
✅ Requirements:
Experience in property management (at least 2 years preferred)
Knowledge of Section 8 and affordable housing regulations
Ability to create leases and manage tenant files
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable transportation
