PURPOSE - ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
As an Administrative Assistant, your primary goal will be to support the overall operations of the company and learn the organization's ins and outs. You will be expected to perform various administrative duties, including answering phone calls, accepting and posting rent payments, ordering supplies and more. We strive for this role to be a stepping stone within our organization for someone and that they would have an interest in growing into another side of KIC. References are required.
QUALIFICATIONS - ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
High school diploma or higher
Proficient in English, Business Math
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to handle pressure/multi-task
Detail oriented/problem solver
Organized and efficient
Responsible for own duties/self-motivated
Adept at all features of Voip Phone System and other Technologies
JOB HOURS
This position is for full-time, Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, with a 30-minute lunch.

LOCATION
Our office is located in Eureka (Myrtletown) California in a modern office environment, with up-to-date equipment and support. Our office is a 15 minute commute from downtown Eureka, Cutten and Freshwater.
