Looking for an energetic individual with good organizational and people skills for a part-time position involving coordinating a small property management and financial services office located in the heart of Henderson Center in Eureka.
Desired Qualities and Experience:
Professional telephone etiquette.
Reliable, flexible, people oriented, and a quick learner.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of accounting processes including AR, AP, and Bank Reconcilliations.
Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and QuickBooks.
Ability to maintain secure filing systems including confidential financial and client information.
Position will require a background check and fingerprinting.
Hours: M-F 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Salary Range: $20 to $25 per hour depending on experience.
