A business owner in Southern California is looking for a Personal Assistant for his family and estate.

Responsibilities:
Manage small to large scale time-sensitive projects to completion
Take phone calls and relay information
Schedule and manage various vendors
Schedule meetings and appointments
Make travel arrangements
Asisst Private Chef to Host and Serving
Read and reply to emails
Organize areas around the house
Will need to take care of a toddler for short periods of time
. Supervise Maids and housekeepers
Drive family members to various appointments as needed
Skills:
Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency
Organizational and time management skills
Tech savvy
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Verbal and written communications skills
Willingness to take criticism and improve
Pay & Benefits:
$20-30 PER HR
Benefits offered after 90 days
$50 a month cell phone reimbursement
Laptop will be provided
