Job duties:
-Answering phone calls and assisting customers and employees
-Inbound and Outbound lead calling and appointment setting
-Customer Satisfaction Calls
-Monitoring and directing emails
-Scheduling/routing customers
-Assist other office personnel
-Office organization
-Filing
The ideal candidate:
-Will have strong customer service skills.
-Must be proficient with computers, excel spreadsheets, google docs, email and text.
-Will need to be proficient in typing and use proper grammar and punctuation.
-Will work with a team and should be able to manage their time efficiently and be well organized as they handle many projects and tasks daily.
