Responsibilities:

Manufacturing Oversight:

Manage and streamline manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Collaborate with production teams to improve production schedules, capacity planning, and inventory management.

Implement best practices for continuous improvement.

E-commerce Operations:

Oversee e-commerce activities, including order processing, inventory management, shipping logistics, and warehouse coordination.

Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Implement strategies to enhance the online shopping experience and customer satisfaction.

Shipping and Warehousing:

Develop and implement efficient shipping and warehousing strategies to meet customer delivery expectations.

Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize transportation routes and reduce shipping costs.

Monitor warehouse operations to ensure accurate order fulfillment, efficient inventory management, and compliance with safety standards.

Supply Chain Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady and reliable supply of raw materials.

Optimize supply chain processes to minimize lead times and reduce costs.

Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate a cross-functional team, including production staff, warehouse personnel, and e-commerce support teams.

Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Work closely with department leads to develop strategies and action plans.

Conduct performance reviews on an annual basis and interview new prospective employees.

Quality Control:

Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet or exceed industry standards.

Work closely with the quality assurance team to identify and address any issues affecting product quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor''s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years experience in operations management, preferably in the e-commerce and manufacturing sectors.

Experience working with an ERP system or business software (Accounting, Inventory, manufacturing, etc.)

Strong understanding of supply chain management, production processes, e-commerce operations, shipping, and warehousing.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.

Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.

Exceptional problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Experience with QuickBooks desktop

Compensation:

Salary from $66,560 to $80,000 (depending on experience and extent of training needed) with potential for regular bonuses. Competitive benefits package.
