As a Lead Sales Associate you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of associates and overseeing the daily operations of our store. -Learn and build relationships with our customers, provide outstanding great service
- Manage and supervise a team of associates, providing guidance and support
- Assist with inventory management on floor, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Handle customer inquiries
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with store management to achieve sales goals and targets
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment -Become knowledgeable of all brands - Market on social media new inventory

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team -Previous customer service/retail experience preferred
