Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative/Fulfillment Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in cannabis sales, excellent customer service skills, and a strong work ethic. This role involves connecting with retailers, fulfilling orders, and providing top-notch customer care.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with cannabis retailers across California.
- Provide product information, make sales presentations, and close deals.
- Handle fulfillment of orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and deliveries.
- Ensure all inventory is stocked and organized for efficient order fulfillment.
-Follow all metrc, DCC, state and applicable federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the cannabis industry.
- Knowledge of cannabis products and industry trends.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good driving record and reliable vehicle (for deliveries).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Must be 21+ and have legal authorization to work in the cannabis industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- METRC experience a plus.
- Experience with cannabis distribution or fulfillment.
- Knowledge of Humboldt County and California cannabis market and retailers.
Compensation:
Commission-based pay with opportunities for growth and performance-based bonuses.
