Availability: Saturdays 11am-7:30pm, Sundays 11am-6:30pm, and every other Thursday 6pm-10:30pm
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner.
- Ability to adapt to unexpected situations to accommodate member’s needs.
- Ability to use a computer and/or smartphone to access your work schedule, clock-in/clock-out, follow through checklists, and reply in a timely manner to work related emails and/or messages. Google Docs experience is preferred.
- While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to stand, sit, walk, reach with hands and arms, bend, twist, squat, push, pull, climb, perform repetitive hand and/or foot action, and must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Reports to: Member Services Coordinator
Position Status: Part-Time, Non-Exempt
Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for the cleaning of the building facilities and ensuring that members and guests have a safe experience.
- Responsible for closing and securing the building facilities at the posted closing time: i.e. close & lock all windows and doors and setting alarms prior to exiting at end of shift.
- Be familiar with HealthSPORT offers and services to respond to members and guest inquiries accurately.
- Perform specific job duties as outlined on the Housekeeping Checklists and as assigned by supervisor.
- Maintain knowledge and comply with safety procedures and standards.
- Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces.
- Communicate problems or suggestions to your supervisor in a timely manner.
- Perform additional assignments assigned by your supervisor.
- Attend department staff meetings as scheduled
