Bear River Family Entertainment Center is looking for a Technical Manager to enhance Guest experience by assuming overall responsibility for maintaining the games, bowling equipment, pool tables and facility show equipment to established standards. Develop all members of the Technical Team for advancement to their highest potential. Maintaining the facility by assisting in repairs where possible; and inspecting the compliance of preventative maintenance vendors and contracts in the individual location. Manage all business and technical aspects of the Technical Department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Fulfill all the responsibilities of the Electronics Technician.
Preserve, maintain in good working order, and control the company's assets in the form of its games, bowling
equipment, pool tables, facility show equipment, information technology equipment, and spare parts
inventory.
Profit & Loss responsibility for the technical repair & maintenance related costs centers and tech labor
budget.
Responsible for generating all reports for games, bowling and pool table revenue, preventative maintenance,
down game reports.
Develop the Technical Team by establishing goals and coaching them for continuous improvement.
Facilitate and approve all of the personnel actions of the department including hiring, training, scheduling,
coaching, disciplining, and evaluating.
Participates in Management Meetings and communicates to Management on all Games, Bowling equipment
and show system issues.
Oversee daily equipment maintenance.
Oversee parts inventory, ordering and receiving.
Oversee Technical room organization and cleanliness.
Manage department costs to meet budgetary goals.
Technical Team Member hiring, training and development.
Address problem situations as needed.
Administration duties including Technical Team Member scheduling, progressive discipline and reviews.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of three years Technical Management experience. Would prefer a bowling technical background,
however not mandatory.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Shall possess a valid driver's license and be insurable by agencies insurance.
COMPUTER OPERATIONS
Intermediate personal computer skills, including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing,
spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to operate standard office equipment (copier, fax, etc.).
Must be able to work with American Indian people and be sensitive to their culture.
Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or
Human Resources.
Participate in proactive team efforts of Bear River Casino Resort.
