Looking for apprentice level carpenter with 1-2 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
Helping with rough to finish carpentry projects in residential and commercial jobsites
Prep construction sites by clearing obstacles and hazards
Load/unload construction materials
Performing demolition; site clean-up
Assemble/take apart temporary structures such as scaffolding
Remove, fill, or compact earth
Follow instructions from supervisors; assist workers; learn from on-the-job training
Material Handling on a construction sites
Landscaping
Qualifications:
Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks
Ability to work in all types of weather
Must be punctual and reliable
1 year minimum construction industry experience
Reliable transportation is a requirement
Must have basic tools of the trade
Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, sitting, or walking
Must be able to lift at least 100lb
Must possess valid state driver’s license
High School Diploma or GED required
Benefits:
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00/hr - based on experience
401k option, sick pay
Expected hours: 40 per week
8 hour shift
