We have an immediate opening for a journeyman technician who is experienced in diagnosis, inspection and repair of late model automobiles. We are looking for someone with excellent skills and great references.
Roy's Auto Center is a locally owned, full service shop and we work on all makes and modelsEverything from lube and service to full engine and transmission teardowns. We are family owned and operated and are looking for a long term addition to our team of friendly and knowledgeable techs.
Technicians must work well independently and as a team member striving toward common goals. You must be able to work a minimum and produce a minimum of 40 hours per week on a regular basis. Techs are required to have the necessary hand tools needed to efficiently perform their duties.

AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN / MECHANIC RESPONSIBILITIES
>Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
> Diagnose, maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
>Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
>Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
>Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturers specifications.
AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN \ MECHANIC QUALIFICATION
>Previous automotive repair and maintenance experience required.
>Must have your own tools.
>ASE certifications preferred.
>Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
>Valid drivers license.
