Duties
- Perform concrete pouring, leveling, and finishing tasks
- Assist in the setup and preparation of construction sites for concrete work
- Operate hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of concrete equipment as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience as a concrete carpenter or similar role preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and schematics
- Independently run crews on sites
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
