Should have construction or related experience
Have the ability to read project site plans
Be able to identify construction materials
Possess knowledge of construction benchmarks
Ability to write a 1 page findings report (samples available)
Have ability to travel to various construction sites
Own a digital camera or iPhone X (smart phone or better)
Have a laptop or desktop computer
Respond to Emails under 24 hours.
Complete scheduled site visit and submit report within 24-48 hrs.
Willingness to become a certified drone pilot
Training available for the qualified candidate
Job Description:
Site photographer will travel to various construction sites in order to document the ongoing construction at project site. They must be able to navigate in and around construction sites safely and adeptly, meet with the onsite superintendent as needed and wear proper PPE (personal protective gear) ie. hard hat, safety glasses, slip resistant boots, reflective safety vest, etc.
When site visit is completed, site photographer must immediately label and resize photos to required standards, write a findings report, email photographs and standardized report within 24-48 hrs. (Sample file images and report attached for your reference).
