Construction Job Foreman
Duties:
Organize the fulfillment of tasks according to priorities and plans. Create schedules and monitor attendance of crew. Ensure schedule adherence. Assign general and daily responsibilities. Train workers and tradespeople and monitor their performance as needed.
This is a 40 hr./week “bags on” position.
Qualifications:
1. Exceptionally responsible
2. Great communication and leadership skills
3. Able to oversee all operations at a worksite and ensuring a safe work environment
4. Experience as a construction foreman preferred
5. An in-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines
6. Journeyman carpenter
7. Able to read and comprehend plans and submittals
8. Possess basic computer skills
9. Must possess a valid driver’s license
