Looking for an experienced Handyman/maintenance person for a local property management company.
Must be available during daytime.
Must have a truck.
Duties include but not limited to:
Light carpentry
Light plumbing
Light electrical
Wall patch work
Painting, etc.
Being available for tenant lock outs
