About the job:
We are looking for a part time Maintenance Journeyman for 20 hours per week. The job is 5 hours per day, 4 days per week. The position requires troubleshooting and maintenance for a 100 year old hotel. The job requires a basic knowledge and experience of plumbing, electrical, and finish carpentry. This position also requires the experience to know when to hire a licensed contractor and when to repair the issue yourself. The job requires a professional demeanor, a can do attitude, and a friendly approach to guests and coworkers. If you love old buildings and restoration, and are looking for a part time job, this position is for you.
Pay:
$17 - 19 an hour, up to 20 hours per week and reports to the hotel manager.
