OverviewThe DELTA teams serve a critical role supporting most market level functions from team member onboarding, market implementation and ongoing education to supporting market vacant positions. The Director of the DELTA serves as a “leader-coach-player” for this team. This position reports to the Chief Clinical Officer, Education and Lifecycle Operations. This is a travel position, with the amount of travel being highly variable based on needs.The activities of this position include, but are not limited to the following: Management and oversight of all DELTA teams. Maintaining and growing the positive brand reputation of the DELTA teams across Landmark. Manage the DELTA team exemplifying the Landmark’s supportive positive culture. Coordinating and ensuring excellence of the onboarding experience including emotional support and relationship development / mentoring of new team members All aspects of new team member hiring In coordination with the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO), Education and Lifecycle Operations (ELO), contribute to annual budget discussions as it pertains to the DELTA teams Ensuring high quality outputs by DELTA team members via work audits, market feedback and other appropriate means Deployment of DELTA team members to maximize effectiveness of DELTA teams supporting Landmark’s mission Transparent and timely communication with all key stakeholders Team member supporto Regular formal and informal meetings to support team memberso Support continuous improvement with positive coachingo Complete objective performance reviews Communicate effectively with all team members any updates or other information impacting job performance Coordinate training, onboarding and other programs with DELTA team and other LM teams Standardization and Best Practices Adhere to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion best practices Licensure and Credentialingo Submit mission appropriate requests for roles requiring licensure and or credentialing in timely mannero Ensure responsiveness by team members to the provider enrollment team As time permits, this individual will serve in a DELTA team member role supporting Landmark markets or other needs as deemed appropriate by the CCO of the ELO teamThe Director of DELTA Teams will work closely with the other members of the ELO, Implementation, Regional and Market Leadership and Shared Services Teams. The key success metrics for this position will be: Building a best-in-class DELTA team through process improvement, training and hands-on peer mentorship Maintain and grow the DELTA brand value both within the team and throughout Landmark Key stakeholder feedback of value-based ROIResponsibilities Supervisiono Responsible for deployment schedules and associated communicationo Routine 1:1 meetings with each DELTA team member or the intermediate direct report per organizational structureo Performance reviews as outlined by Landmarko Maintaining accurate JDs, posting open positions, interviewing and hiring of new DELTA team memberso Regular performance improvement coaching of team memberso Performance reviews as dictated by HRo Coordination with HR if when situations ariseo Involvement in company-wide leadership meetings Training and Team buildingo Communication with DELTA team and other LM team memberso Ensure standardized and best practiceso Oversight of DELTA team member daily activities; Communication with both the DELTA team member and the MLTo Involvement in committees and other meetings to develop and educate on best practiceso On-boarding new Delta providerso Developing leadership qualities of DELTA teamo Keeps current on relevant medical and nursing research, technology, and related issues by attending continuing education courses, professional meetings and journal reviewso Acts as an ambassador and role model for the Landmark culture, helping to build strong, mission-driven, high performance teams in fitting with the Landmark mission, vision and valueso Adheres to standards defined for all DELTA team members Implementing Best Practiceso Establishes and maintains comprehensive understanding of Landmark clinical and operational best practices.o Reinforces best practices with all team members through example, training and mentorship Patient Care/Market Support Become licensed and credentialed in multiple states as requested if a licensed professional, including assisting the Landmark credentialing team with timely and responsive processing of all required licensing / credentialing paperwork; Responds to licensure action items in a timely fashion Practices in accordance with the respective state laws and regulations governing the practice of advanced practice nursing. Performs at a high standard for clinical care May participate in team meetings that include, but may not be limited to: Director level leader meetings Weekly IDT meetings Monthly staff meetings Continuing education/journal club programs All Hands Calls Perform related duties as necessary and other duties as assigned.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
