Position: Office Manager

Location: El Centro, CA

Type: Full-time

Compensation: $14-$17 based on experience

M-F 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

JOB SUMMARY: The Office Manager will work in conjunction with the Program Coordinator and clinical team to oversee Administrative and other aspects of the Behavioral Services department. This individual will coordinate with all departments to ensure that the Imperial Valley Behavioral department is on track to meet its administrative goals. Activities will include; coordination of new projects, collaborating with Motiva's corporate management staff, collaborating with funding sources, developing and monitoring budgets, administrative staff supervision, purchase/maintain property inventory and provide overall admin and HR support to the Program Coordinator. Other duties as assigned. Will receive directions primarily from the Program Coordinator.

Requirements:

AA Degree in business administration preferred.

Excellent grammar skills.

Bilingual (English and Spanish) written and oral communication skills.

Ability to prioritize and to handle multiple tasks, often under deadline.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills a must.

Ability to follow company policies and procedures.

Must possess strong work ethics, excellent customer service skills.

Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance.

Ability to pass background/drug test/fingerprints clearance.

Provide/obtain immunization/Tuberculosis clearance.

Reliable means of transportation, Valid CA Drivers License, car registration and insurance that meets California requirements.

Preferred Knowledge:

Knowledge in the areas of business management and administration.

Professional experience related to supervision of staff.

Knowledge and general understanding of mental health services.

Manage and control departmental expenditure with agreed budgets.

Computer Skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, QuickBooks.
