Set within the perfect backdrop within scenic Indian Wells, this property is a destination favorite as it is positioned to take hospitality to a new level in the destination.The Accounting Clerk is responsible for accounting administrative duties and will provide some support to other areas of the hotel (exec offices, etc.).Will be responsible for
Reviewing and organizing daily operational paper work
General Cashier duties
Managing chargebacks
Maintaining contracts and certificates of insurance
Managing record storage in the hotel
Receiving and Payables
Month end closing duties
Reconciling purchase cards
Reconciling some third vendor accounts
Researching guest inquiries as needed
Other departmental duties as needed
The hourly pay-range for this position is $20.00-$24.00. This is the pay range for this position that Grand Hyatt Indian Wells reasonably expects to pay.
