We are a growing glass manufacture in Riverside, CA,
seeking an experienced part-time on-site bookkeeper to manage,
and maintain our financial records using QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
(Both Versions)
Responsibilities:
Enter Payable – Pay Bills
Reconcile accounts
Create and send customer monthly statements
Run reports on income, expenses, and cash flow
Close month by the 5th
Process payroll accurately
Keep all records up-to-date and audit-ready
Must Have:
2+ years hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and Desktop
Ability to communicate professionally with customers about payments
Must be organized, accurate, and dependable
Basic Understanding of Accounting Principles
Chat GPT experience a Plus
Schedule and Compensation:
One or 2 Days a Week – 3 to 4 hours a day
$25/hour + depending on experience
Location: Riverside On-site and No Remote will be Considered
