About Us:
We are a growing 3PL fulfillment company in Corona, CA, seeking a skilled, hands-on bookkeeper to manage, clean up, and maintain our financial records using QuickBooks Online.
This is an in-office role only. We are NOT hiring companies, agencies, or contractors. You must come to the office daily and work directly in QuickBooks to track profitability, reduce costs, and manage collections
Responsibilities:
Maintain and reconcile accounts in QuickBooks Online
Create invoices and follow up on collections professionally
Clean up and correct past bookkeeping errors
Track profitability and suggest cost-saving measures
Communicate with customers and vendors regarding financial matters
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on QuickBooks Online experience
Proven skills in account reconciliation, invoicing, and collections
Experience correcting past bookkeeping errors
Strong communication and professionalism
Ability to work in-house in Corona, CA daily
What We Offer:
Competitive pay: $22–$28/hour DOE
Start with 4 hours/day, grow to 8 hours/day after 3 months
