Our call center is in need of financially driven recovery professionals for both entry level call generating positions, as well as recovery negotiators (closers) with the ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment with the goal of maximizing collections revenue.

General "Dialer" Responsibilities:
Generate calls from consumers to be directed to our staff of closers
Maintain accurate account status', notes, and input pertinent information as needed
Ability to remain on task and effectively utilize time to generate as much productivity as possible
Handle a workload consistent with office expectations of 65-75 accounts worked per day with positive response from consumers
Advanced Expectations for Closers:
Lead office dialers by example, generating calls for the office when not negotiating
Effectively direct consumers to a mutually beneficial agreement with respect to resolving past due accounts
Maintain pay files daily by sending receipts, following up with declined payments, reaching out to previously contacted consumers to finalize negotiations
Generate and send required documents to consumers for signature upon completion of settlements via electronic signature software
Encourage and motivate dialer teams to perform at a high level of competency at all times
