Operations Coordinator – Warehouse & Customer Onboarding (Part-Time

About Us:

EXP Fulfillment is a fast-growing 3PL company based in Corona, CA. We need an experienced, hands-on Operations Coordinator to oversee warehouse efficiency and customer onboarding. This role requires immediate contribution — no training provided.

Role Overview:

Part-time start: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (20–25 hrs/week)

Transition to full-time after 3 months (or sooner with proven results): 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Lead warehouse SOPs, workflows, and team accountability

Manage and optimize our Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Ensure smooth onboarding and retention of customers

Monitor inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency

Collaborate with leadership to scale operations effectively

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years in 3PL, warehouse, or fulfillment leadership

Strong expertise in WMS and warehouse processes

Proven track record of leading teams and executing daily plans

Must be a self-starter with a results-driven approach

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required

Compensation:

$28–$38/hour DOE during part-time period

$38–$48/hour DOE after full-time transition based on performance
