Residential Apartment Manager Needed - Full Time.
Must be available during business hours: Mon-Fri 8-5 to assist tenants as needed.
Business hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (Full-time position)
We are looking for an experienced, responsible residential apartment onsite property manager who can commit to a long-term position. Skills include computer management of reports, emails and ability to send and receive text messages.
Duties include enforcing tenant rules and regulations, coordinating or performing minor, and if able, general maintenance, inspecting maintenance workers and vendors work, answering calls/troubleshooting resident problems, preparing notices, marketing vacancies and renting units.
Position Includes: Hourly rate, to be discussed.
